Autonomous Light Responsive Robot

Description:

Developed an embedded mechatronics system by programming a two-wheeled autonomous robot using an event-driven architecture and state machine design. The project involved implementation of reactive behaviors using the ES_Framework, enabling the robot to process real-world sensor inputs (light and bump sensors) and respond dynamically. Advanced control logic was designed using both finite state machines (FSMs) and hierarchical state machines (HSMs) to model complex behaviors such as obstacle avoidance, environmental awareness, and adaptive navigation.
